Schedule A Consultation At Truce Law

During your call you’ll speak directly with an attorney who will help you decide on what next steps are best for you. When you’re ready to move forward we schedule meetings in person, by phone and through video chat. At Truce Law Seattle we’ve met with clients who were just down the street at Amazon in South Lake Union and as far away as Hong Kong.

What Should I Expect From My First Meeting In Seattle?

The friendly building staff will greet you on the fourth floor and ask you to check in. Seattle Attorney, Justin Aanenson, will meet you in the waiting area next to the front desk. We’ll head to our office or a private conference room to learn more about your concerns. During the meeting, we’ll review your case and make recommendations based on what you’d like to accomplish.

Should I Prepare Anything Prior To Coming To Your Seattle Office?

It’s always a good idea to come prepared. Writing down your top three questions ahead of time can be helpful. Similarly, bringing copies of any relevant paperwork can help clarify any missing pieces for your attorney. That said, it’s not a problem if you can’t find a chance to prep ahead of time. We help family law clients daily and will be able to ask you the right questions, so that you have an understanding of the law and your options by the end of our meeting.

What Does A Consultation Cost With Us?

Our Seattle divorce lawyers charge $300 for a full hour long consultation. After the initial consultation pricing depends on your desired outcomes and the complexity of your case. That said, our attorneys have put a lot of time into our pricing model and we feel like we have options for any budget. While most work is done at an hourly rate we do offer flat fees for pro se services where clients accomplish pieces of the process on their own and just pay for legal help on an as needed basis.
